+The imported decision system from EU3 is great, makes modernization much less annoying. I've also only played one-and-a-half games. Issues that might appear in say, Europe, are unknown to me. I should note I've only played Japan (on second game now). I feel that it is at least as good as unmodded Victoria, plus the expansion. This is probably the best state a PI game has been in at release. Was debating starting a thread for it, but here we are, so!
